***NOTE*** All shoots are scheduled on weekends or after 4pm on weekdays. I am also available throughout the day on weekends.
All pricing includes approx. 2-4 images/angles per room. All photos are delivered in a user-friendly online gallery to make photos easily downloadable.
I provide a 24 - 48 hour turnaround time for all properties.
If you need photos sooner than 24 hours, I offer Rush Delivery for an additional $50.

As of January 2026, all pricing includes mileage costs for Joplin and surrounding areas within a 30 mile radius. For properties in Oklahoma, Kansas and Arkansas that are further than half an hour or 30 miles outside of Joplin, please contact me for a custom quote.
